This means heating up the beans on a higher temperature for about 7 minutes to prevent burning them while still allowing for maximum flavor extraction.

Depending on preference, roasting coffee can also try other speeds like slow-roasting (11 minutes at 375℉), or quick-roasting (5 minutes at 470℉).
